Internal procedure for visitors

INTERNAL PROCEDURE FOR VISITORS OF THE SHOPPING CENTER OLIMPIA

The working hours of the shopping center Olimpia Āzenes iela 5, Riga (hereinafter - SC OLIMPIA) are as follows:

Every day from 10.00 to 21.00;
The working hours of individual goods and services stores may differ from the general shopping center working hours;
Information about changes in working hours is published at www.olimpia.lv.

1. General provisions

1.1. SC OLIMPIA's internal rules must be followed by all visitors of the shopping center.

1.2. The purpose of developing the internal order of visitors is to determine the scope of rights and obligations for all visitors of the shopping center, which ensures a safe, clean and organized environment. Adherence to the internal order of visitors helps maintain public order, protect the rights and interests of all persons, as well as promotes joint responsibility, respect for the environment and other people.

1.3. The order in the premises of SC OLIMPIA is monitored by the security service of SC OLIMPIA. All SC OLIMPIA visitors must follow the instructions of the security staff.

1.4. Video surveillance is carried out in SC OLIMPIA premises and adjacent territory.

2. Rights and obligations of visitors

2.1. Visitors are allowed to enter or exit the shopping center through the designated public entrances. Visitors are not allowed to use staff entrances.

2.2. Visitors must follow the instructions for using the equipment available in the shopping center. Visitors do not have the right to damage the property of the shopping center in the premises and adjacent territory - inventory, equipment, indoor plants, flower pots, benches, garbage cans, lawns, trees, greenery, etc.

2.3. SC OLIMPIA visitors have the right to park their cars in the parking lot of the shopping center, observing the regulatory traffic signs in the parking lot.

2.4. SC OLIMPIA visitors have no right to film or take photos without prior agreement with SC OLIMPIA administration.

2.5. SC OLIMPIA visitors do not have the right to organize events without prior coordination with the SC OLIMPIA administration.

2.6. SC OLIMPIA visitors do not have the right to advertise any kind of product or service in the shopping center without prior agreement with the SC OLIMPIA administration.

2.7. SC OLIMPIA visitors do not have the right to smoke inside the shopping center.

2.8. SC OLIMPIA visitors have no right to smoke closer than 10m from the entrance to the shopping center.

2.9. SC OLIMPIA visitors have no right to consume alcoholic beverages outside designated areas, such as cafes, restaurants.

2.10. SC OLIMPIA visitors have no right to be in the shopping center under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances.

2.11. SC OLIMPIA visitors do not have the right to beg, make noise, play loud music, behave rudely or otherwise disturb other visitors of the shopping center.

2.12. SC OLIMPIA visitors have no right to bring inflammable, explosive substances and objects, firearms, cold weapons into the territory of the shopping center, except in cases where official duties are being performed.

2.13. SC OLIMPIA visitors do not have the right to move around the premises of the shopping center with a bicycle, skateboard or roller skates. Visitors to SC OLIMPIA must park their vehicle in the designated storage areas.

2.14. Visitors to SC OLIMPIA are allowed to visit certain stores of the shopping center with their pet, if a special sign allowing entry with pets is visible at the entrance of the store.

2.15. When arriving at the shopping center with a pet, pet owners must ensure that their pet does not pose a threat to other visitors to the shopping center or to visitors' pets. In all situations, the pet must be next to the owner on a leash no longer than 1 meter or in a pet carrier/crate. If the pet is aggressive, the use of a muzzle is mandatory.

2.16. When arriving at the shopping center with a pet, the visitor is responsible for the pet's excrement and immediately cleans it up if the pet leaves dirt behind in the premises of the shopping center or in the adjoining area.

2.17. Pets are not allowed on the furniture in the dining area or restaurants.

2.18. Visitors to SC OLIMPIA are responsible for taking care of their belongings. The shopping center is not responsible for the security of SC OLIMPIA visitors' belongings.

3. Security service rights

3.1. The security service of SC OLIMPIA has the right to expel from the shopping center persons who violate the internal rules of SC OLIMPIA.

3.2. SC OLIMPIA's security service has the right to detain persons who are suspected of having committed a criminal offense on the premises of the shopping center.

3.3. SC OLIMPIA's security service has the right to check suspicious persons or objects.
