As we begin the new year, it is the perfect moment to look back on what has been achieved — and we can proudly say that 2025 has been a particularly successful year for shopping centre Olimpia.
Currently, 99.7% of the total retail space is leased, leaving only 0.3% vacant — an excellent result that clearly demonstrates that after reconstruction, Olimpia has become an attractive, modern, and commercially strong environment for both tenants and visitors.
📍 In 2025, Olimpia welcomed 7 new tenants: Nipere, Reima and Crocs, ViPhone, Vitamins.lv, NS King Outlet, JoinUp!, and Centrālā Laboratorija. Each of them enriches our offer and strengthens the overall diversity of the shopping centre.
📈 In 2025, visitor traffic increased by 6.2%, and tenants’ total turnover grew by 10% compared to 2024. These figures confirm that Olimpia not only attracts more visitors but also provides tenants with a stable and growing business environment, enhancing the centre’s competitiveness and appeal.
