SC Olimpia has received the BREL Forum Awards 2025 in the category “Deal of the Year” by the decision of the professional jury! 🎉

This award was granted for a significant transaction – in January 2025, the fund INDEXO Real Estate Fund, managed by Provendi Asset Management AIFP, acquired the shopping centre Olimpia for more than 40 million euros.
