We are happy to announce that the shopping center "Olimpia" has received the BREEAM certificate with the rating "very good"!

BREEAM is the world's most widely used method for assessing and certifying sustainable buildings. This certificate confirms the commitment of "Olimpia" to be an environmentally friendly, energy efficient and sustainable shopping center. We are proud that "Olimpia" has not only improved the interior of the building, but also introduced energy-efficient building management solutions, including the construction of a solar power plant, the introduction of LED lighting and the installation of electric car charging points.

In the future, Olimpia will also monitor the impact on the environment and introduce new "green" initiatives, such as the placement of free water taps in the territory of the shopping center, which will allow visitors easy access to drinking water, thus reducing the consumption of plastic bottles and promoting more environmentally friendly habits.
