The shopping centre Olimpia continues to increase the number of tenants by opening a store of the leading Baltic board game company Brain Games also in its premises. Brain Games offers a wide range of interesting, exciting and high-quality board games for children, families, adults with the aim of developing the culture and market of board games not only in Latvia, but also in the other Baltic States.

The store Latvijas Pērles has opened on the first floor of the shopping centre Olimpia, which offers every buyer the opportunity to buy things made in Latvia, such as linen dresses, printed porcelain cups and plates, sweaters, toys and other products that can be gifted to yourself and to the loved ones.

The food court of the shopping center Olimpia continues to grow, welcoming the newest Tiamo Group brand, Pizzarella, which is not only the company's first pizzeria in Riga but also the first of more than 30 structures that are planned to open directly in the food courts. The new brand will offer puffy and crispy Italian pizzas, hearty French fries with toppings, pastries, and other dishes to eat in the shopping center's food court or take away.

After the renovation of shopping center Olimpia in the spring, the center continues to add new stores to its tenant range. From August 25, the first MINISO store in Latvia is open to visitors of Olimpia, where you can find various high-quality household goods, toys, and cosmetics. MINISO store shopping center Olimpia provides 5 new jobs and is currently the largest merchant store in the Baltics, with an area of 280 square meters.

After the completion of the three-year renovation program, in May 2023, the shopping center Olimpia reopened with new tenants and modernized premises. Olimpia has a development strategy that includes the implementation of serious sustainability solutions, and these long-term improvements have been made by attracting investments, both for the general restoration of the center and for achieving sustainability goals. Thanks to the allocated funding, 1820 solar panels were installed on the roof of Olimpia on an area of 4059 square meters this summer.
